ESOS and BGSS Season 3: Leveling Up Esports in Sikkim

The Esports Organisation of Sikkim (ESOS) has been steadily building a dynamic competitive gaming scene in the region, giving players and teams a structured platform to compete, grow, and put Sikkim on the esports map.

One of ESOS’s standout initiatives was BGSS Season 3, which stands for BGMI Sikkim Serious Season 3 — a flagship Battlegrounds Mobile India (BGMI) tournament that brought serious competition, community energy, and professional-level organisation to the local esports landscape.

A Premier Esports Showdown

BGSS Season 3 was more than just a local tournament. It attracted players and teams from across India, with online qualifiers and a live grand finale held at Palzor Stadium in Gangtok. The event featured intense competition and showcased some of the best BGMI talent in the region.

Execution with Impact

From registration and scheduling to live match coordination, ESOS handled the entire process with structure and clarity. The event combined online and offline phases, allowing wide participation while still delivering an exciting LAN-style experience for the finals.

Championing Local Talent

In BGSS Season 3, Brother Of 7 Sisters (BO7S) emerged as champions, representing Sikkim and demonstrating the competitive skill level within the community. Their victory highlighted not just team excellence but also the growing esports potential in the Northeast.

Community and Growth

BGSS Season 3 wasn’t just about competition. It was a gathering point for players, fans, and creators — building connections, encouraging emerging talent, and showcasing how organised gaming can thrive locally and nationally.

What This Means for Esports in Sikkim

ESOS, through tournaments like BGSS Season 3, is pushing Sikkim’s esports scene forward with structured platforms, real competition, and professional execution. Events like this strengthen community bonds and give players a clear path toward bigger stages.

As competitive gaming continues to grow across India, ESOS and initiatives like BGSS Season 3 are paving the way for more opportunities, recognition, and professional-level esports experiences in the region.
